According to Spot On Chain monitoring, the multi-signature wallet that received ETH from Vitalik is continuously selling ETH. After receiving 3,800 ETH (worth about 9.99 million USD) from Vitalik on August 9 and 30, it has been cashing out, selling 760 ETH at a price of 2,414 USDT each, exchanging for a total of 1.835 million USDC. The last sale occurred 21 hours ago.
