SEC charges green boxes with securities

In response to Watcher.Guru's post ‘SEC Calls Crypto Miners Securities,’ @Phyrex_Ni reportedly said in a post on the X platform that the claim was originally taken from a Bloomberg report.
The report states that ‘the SEC has sufficiently alleged that green boxes are a security in the form of computer hardware,’ not all crypto miners.
