Bitcoin price model suggests $275K BTC by November 2025

A new Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) price model based on quantile regression predicts a potential peak of $275,000 by November 2025.

Bitcoin researcher Smithson With introduced the model, which uses cumulative Bitcoin data such as supply, volatility, and distribution to analyze future price trends.

According to With, the model operates on a 99th percentile power-law regression, focusing on extreme values rather than average outcomes, offering deeper insights.

With’s model, built from Bitcoin data dating back to July 2013, shows a "quasi-exponential decay trend."

This trend indicates that deviations from Bitcoin’s actual price have either halved or doubled over time.

Based on this pattern, With estimates that Bitcoin’s cycle top could reach between $250,000 and $300,000 by late 2025, with a specific target of $275,000 around November 2025.

The model projects that Bitcoin will hit its cycle top after surpassing the $68,000 to $70,000 range, signaling a bullish breakout from current price patterns.

Bitcoin’s recent price dropped by 3.45% at the end of September, missing out on a monthly bullish candle for the first time since January 2023.

Despite this, a year-long bull flag pattern remains intact, suggesting that Bitcoin’s upward trajectory could continue.

In the short term, price support remains a critical factor.

According to Exocharts lead trader Luckshury, Bitcoin’s uptrend will likely persist as long as it holds support at $63,200, a key point of control based on recent trends.

The quantile regression model introduced by With emphasizes the possibility of a significant price surge, with Bitcoin’s next cycle top potentially landing between $250,000 and $300,000 by 2025.

At the time of reporting, the Bitcoin price was $61,427.46.
