Telegram privacy policy remains unchanged, founder clarifies scope of data sharing

PANews reported on October 2 that according to Cointelegraph, Telegram founder Pavel Durov confirmed that Telegram's privacy policy has not changed since 2018. Only in legal cases will the IP addresses and phone numbers of criminals be shared, and the information of other users will not be affected.
