A certain whale withdrew 1401 ETH from CEX 10 hours ago, then deposited it into Compound and loaned out 2.3 million USDT before depositing back into CEX

According to monitoring by @ai_9684xtpa, the whale who once leveraged long on ETH and lost $8.22 million has started to increase its position again. 10 hours ago, it withdrew 1401 ETH ($3.39 million) from CEX and deposited it into Compound before borrowing another 2.3 million USDT to deposit back into CEX. Currently, a total of 2794 ETH is pledged with a loan of 4.53 million USDT issued, maintaining a health factor of 1.23.
