Vitalik Buterin: Still Thinks ENS Domains Charging Recurring Fees Based on Demand Is a Good Idea
On October 20, community user superthing.eth posted on the X platform that Ether co-founder Vitalik Buterin suggested in a post two years ago that ENS domain names be charged recurring fees based on demand, where the annual cost of maintaining a domain name reflects market demand, and wanted to know if Vitalik Buterin now have some new ideas. In response, Vitalik Buterin responded that it still thinks that recurring fees for ENS domains based on demand is a good idea, especially the cap-based version.
