USDC Treasury minted 241 million new USDC on the Ethereum chain this morning

According to BlockBeats, on October 26, according to Whale Alert monitoring, USDC Treasury minted 241,435,861 USDC on the Ethereum blockchain through two transactions 7 hours ago (one transaction was 191,287,644 USDC, and the other was 50,148,217 USDC). Subsequently, 250 million USDC were transferred to Coinbase.
