ChatGPT is temporarily unavailable, OpenAI says it is investigating and restoring it
On November 9th, according to reports from the financial industry, OpenAI stated that they are investigating and working to restore ChatGPT after users reported temporary access issues. As of 19:09 local time, OpenAI had experienced 18,711 malfunctions.
