Federal Reserve Kashkari: Strong economy may mean fewer rate cuts
On November 10, Neil Kashkari, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, said in a media interview on Saturday that this matter (interest rate cut) really doesn't depend too much on short-term plans between Congress and the new government - it's actually about productivity and economic growth. If such growth can continue, our economy becomes more efficient structurally, then this tells me we may not cut interest rates as much.
