U.S. stocks open higher, Nasdaq down more than 1%
The Nasdaq fell more than 1 per cent, the S&P 500 lost 0.35 per cent and the Dow gained 0.16 per cent. Google fell more than 5%. Nvidia's intraday losses extended to 3%, now at $141.507 per share, once up about 5% at the beginning of the session.
