ZKsync Proposal ZIP-002: Reducing ZK Chain Execution Latency from 21 Hours to 3 Hours
On 25 November, ZKsync released governance proposal ZIP-002, which plans to shorten the execution latency of all ZK chains from 21 hours to 3 hours, in order to improve user experience (e.g., CEX withdrawal speed) and operational efficiency, and at the same time, the security committee will monitor network anomalies to ensure security. Voting on the proposal will open on December 2, and if passed, it will optimise the transaction efficiency of the ZKsync Era and Elastic Chain ecosystems.
