Deribit data shows that XRP call options with a target price of 5 dollars are surging in terms of trading volume and open contracts. The $5 call option was the second largest XRP option traded in the past 24 hours, with a contract volume of 1.7 million (one contract represents 1 XRP).
In addition, Deribit data shows that the $5 call option is the most popular out-of-the-money or higher strike price call option, with a notional open interest of $1.25 million.
