Ethereum Foundation: Pectra network upgrade plan launched on Ethereum testnet

According to the official blog of the Ethereum Foundation, the Pectra network upgrade plan has been launched on the Ethereum testnet. It will go live on Holesky at epoch 115968 (Singapore time February 25th at 05:55), and then on Sepolia at epoch 222464 (Singapore time March 5th at 15:29).

After both testnets are successfully upgraded, a mainnet activation epoch will be selected. Launched after last year's Dencun upgrade, Pectra introduces more features such as enhancing Ethereum accounts, improving validator experience, and supporting L2 expansion.
