Head of Base Protocol: Plans to launch stablecoins for each global currency on Base this year

Coinbase co-founder and CEO Brian Armstrong wrote on X platform that recently Canada, Nigeria, and Brazil have all launched stablecoins on Base, and it is very likely that more countries will choose to launch stablecoins on Base. In response to this, Base protocol leader Jesse stated that their goal is to launch stablecoins for every global currency on Base this year.
