Vitalik: The goal is to run the Fusaka testnet with specific blob parameters on the day after Pectra goes live

On March 1, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated: By 2025, we need the Fusaka upgrade plan to use PeerDAS on L1, ideally with blob targets/limits of 48/72. Our goal is to run a Fusaka testnet with these blob parameters the day after Pectra goes live.
