STRATEGIST: Doubtful U.S. tariffs will resume in 90 days as uncertainty diminishes but doesn't go away
INTERACTIVE BROKERS CHIEF MARKET STRATEGIST STEVE SOSNICK: Trump's suspension of the tariffs was definitely a surprise, considering the U.S. government has always said they would not remove them and that they are non-negotiable... ...it was a very understandable relief rally. Uncertainty is reduced, but not completely gone.
