DHL Logistics plans to acquire up to 15,000 Bitcoins with a $1.5 billion stock deal
According to Ming Pao Finance, Ritera Logistics Technology (NASDAQ: RITR) announced that it has signed an acquisition agreement with a Bitcoin institutional consortium, allowing the acquisition of up to 15,000 Bitcoins through the issuance of common stock, with a total amount capped at $1.5 billion. The final number of shares issued will be determined through negotiation based on factors such as the price of Bitcoin, the company's stock price, and trading volume.
