Strategist: US Dollar Hits Two-Month High, but Weakness Lingers
According to Jinse Finance, the US dollar remained steady against a basket of currencies, having risen to a two-month high overnight. Roberto Mialich, a foreign exchange strategist at UniCredit Bank, stated in a report that the factors behind the US dollar's weakness for most of this year persist and will continue to pose risks. The underlying reasons for the dollar's weakness so far—including US policy, Federal Reserve rate cuts, and concerns over the rising US budget deficit and debt—remain unchanged. (Jin10)
