Some Charges in Tornado Cash Co-Founder Roman Storm Case Reach an Impasse

Judge Failla immediately issued instructions, requiring the jury to resume deliberations. If the deadlock persists, the court will accept a partial verdict, and the government may refile charges on the remaining counts. The outcome of the jury’s renewed deliberations is currently pending.
