Jury Deadlocked on Some Charges in Tornado Cash Co-Founder Roman Storm Case
According to a report by Jinse Finance, as disclosed by Eleanor Terrett, the jury in the case of Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm has reached an impasse on some of the charges today. Judge Failla subsequently issued an Allen charge, instructing the jury to resume deliberations. If the deadlock persists, the court will accept a partial verdict, and the government may refile charges on the remaining counts. The results of the jury's renewed deliberations are currently pending.
