Hong Kong Releases Its First RWA Industry White Paper: The Notion That Everything Can Be an RWA Is a Fallacy
According to Jinse Finance, the "RWA Industry Development Research Report: Industry Section 2025" was released today in Hong Kong, systematically proposing standards and frameworks for RWA asset selection. Previously, as the trend of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization developed rapidly, the market was abuzz with the notion that "everything can be RWA." The report points out that not all assets are suitable for RWA tokenization, and the idea that "everything can be RWA" is a false proposition. Assets that can achieve large-scale implementation must meet three key criteria: value stability, legal clarity of ownership, and verifiability of off-chain data. (36Kr)
