Crypto Fund C1 Fund Launches $60 Million Public Offering to Invest in Digital Asset Technology
According to Jinse Finance, the closed-end investment company C1 Fund Inc. has announced the completion of its previously announced initial public offering (IPO), issuing 6,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10.00 per share. C1 Fund will use the proceeds from the IPO to invest in accordance with the investment objectives and strategies outlined in the IPO prospectus. The common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CFND" starting August 7, 2025. "Our mission is to democratize investment opportunities for the next generation of digital asset innovators while they are still in the private stage," said Dr. Kidwai, President and CEO of the fund. "We do not speculate on token prices; instead, we focus on investing in leading private digital asset services and technology companies that we believe will deliver disruptive technologies, tap into vast potential markets, and offer significant business opportunities. This strategy, along with our listing on the NYSE, enables public market investors to participate in the growth stages of these private digital asset companies. We believe this reflects the opportunities early participants had during the development phases of the internet and artificial intelligence."
