Kalshi: There is currently an 80% chance that the Fed will cut interest rates by 25 basis points in September
according to the data from the prediction market Kalshi, there is an 80% chance of a 25 basis point rate cut by the Fed in September after the CPI report is released, while only 14% of people expect the Fed to keep rates unchanged, and 6% of people predict a rate cut of more than 25 basis points.
