Federal Reserve Meeting Minutes: Fed Staff Lower Inflation Expectations for June Meeting

Most officials believe that the Federal Reserve’s policy is already in a favorable position. Participants also noted that it will take more time to gain a clearer understanding of the extent and persistence of the impact of high tariffs on inflation.
