Xinhuo Technology: Weng Xiaoqi appointed as executive director

On August 26th, according to an official announcement, New Fire Technology Holdings Limited (1611.HK) announced that Weng Xiaoqi has been appointed as an executive director starting from August 26, 2025; Du Jun has been transferred from an executive director to a non-executive director; Du Jun has resigned from the position of CEO and authorized representative, while Weng Xiaoqi has been appointed as the CEO and authorized representative.
