Jinse Finance reported, according to Whale Alert monitoring, Cumberland transferred 22,289 ETH, worth approximately $103 million, to an exchange about 3 minutes ago. Previously, it was reported that about three and a half hours ago, Cumberland transferred 25,200 ETH, worth approximately $116 million, to an exchange.
