Pyth Network selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce for on-chain economic data verification and distribution
ChainCatcher News, according to the official blog, Pyth Network has announced that it has been selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce for the verification and distribution of on-chain economic data.
Through its collaboration with Pyth, the U.S. Department of Commerce is doing much more than releasing one-off data; it is laying the foundation for a strategic partnership between the Department of Commerce and the Pyth Network. Pyth will initially provide quarterly GDP data from the past five years, and contributors to Pyth are expected to expand this initiative to support a broader set of economic data.
