RMRK founder: The Trump family is the "mafia" of the new era
BlockBeats News, September 6, RMRK founder Bruno Skvorc's WLFI tokens were frozen by the WLFI team, who responded that "the involved address is suspected of participating in high-risk blockchain activities and cannot be unfrozen."
Bruno Skvorc stated, "They stole my money, and because this matter involves the Trump family, there is nothing I can do. This is the new era mafia. There is nowhere to appeal, no one to reason with, and no one to sue. That's just how it is... This is the real king of scams."
On-chain detective ZachXBT responded to this incident, saying, "The problem is that most of the time, the determination of 'high risk' exposure is actually wrong, so teams shouldn't overly rely on compliance tools. Recently, I helped a team manually review some presale addresses because commonly used compliance tools flagged these addresses as 'high risk' and recommended excluding them.
After my manual review, I found that the issue was: certain exchanges/smart contracts were incorrectly labeled as high risk, or an unrelated address eight hops away on-chain was flagged, thereby implicating the target address. When you see many similar cases, you realize that the mainstream compliance tools on the market actually have significant flaws."
