The U.S. August unadjusted CPI annual rate recorded 2.9%
Jinse Finance reported that the US August unadjusted CPI year-on-year rate recorded 2.9%, the highest since January, in line with market expectations. The US August seasonally adjusted CPI month-on-month rate was 0.4%, with an expected value of 0.30% and a previous value of 0.20%.
