Why are the new DAT setups by Multicoin, Jump, and Galaxy underestimated?
Chainfeeds Guide:
Multicoin, Jump, and Galaxy are three major institutions with deep ties to Solana. Multicoin has invested over 500 millions USD in the ecosystem; Jump, as a Wall Street high-frequency trading firm, has actively participated by developing the Firedancer node, exploring the DFBA mechanism, and providing Market Maker services for the ecosystem; Galaxy has accumulated over 1.1 billions USD worth of SOL holdings and has tokenized its own stock GLXY on Solana. Its advantages in the global VC network and institutional resources are particularly prominent.

Opinion:
Haotian: The upcoming Alpenglow consensus and the diversity of Firedancer client nodes will significantly enhance Solana's performance. The mainnet has previously tested TPS exceeding 100,000, and execution speed can be reduced to under 150 milliseconds. The innovative DFBA mechanism may even give rise to killer new products on the Solana chain. A key technical detail that many have overlooked is that the recent SIMD-228 governance proposal was rejected; if it were to pass, it would lower the staking inflation yield of SOL, which would greatly impact the attractiveness of the DAT narrative to institutions. Technical performance, innovative genes, and yield—everything seems ready, just waiting for Solana to take up the DAT relay baton. Solana's DAT narrative is not simply a copy of the micro-strategy models of BTC, Ethereum, or other Altcoins. Other DATs focus only on the token itself, but Solana's DAT treasury will radiate throughout the entire ecosystem, ultimately aiming to shed the label of a pure MEME chain and transform into a new narrative of Internet Capital Markets (ICM). This aligns perfectly with the major trend of TradFi integration driven by the crypto-friendly US government. Moreover, the ICM narrative is grand enough for Solana, encompassing MEME launchpads, DePIN, PayFi, HFT Trading, and a host of other narratives.
