Q1: What inspired you to join the Bitget Builders program, and how has the journey shaped your perspective on Web3?

Effie: At first I joined out of curiosity and passion for building communities. Then I realized that Bitget Builders is not just a program but a movement. It showed me that Web3 is not only about trading tokens but also about trading ideas, culture, and opportunities. The journey taught me that communities can scale faster than markets when you build trust first.

Q2: You have organized many Bitget offline events. Can you share a memorable moment from organizing or participating in one?

Effie: Honestly, every event comes with its own surprises like people fighting over the last hoodie. One moment that stayed with me was when someone came just to say they made their very first crypto transaction after attending a previous Bitget meetup. That reminded me why we do all this. Swags fade but that spark of adoption is priceless.

Q3: As one of our top builders, you had an office tour with our COO Vugar. Could you share your experience collaborating with Bitget’s leadership and how it influenced your work?

Effie: Meeting leadership up close makes you realize two things. First, they are visionaries. Second, they genuinely listen. When you see the COO laughing at community stories or giving advice on scaling, it shows that this program is not a top down initiative but a true collaboration. That inspires me to raise my own standards as a builder.

Q4: Your content resonates with a global audience and your visuals are particularly impactful. Could you share your creative process?

Effie: My secret formula is simple. Imagine my cat Goup as a crypto trader, add Bitget teal, sprinkle some anime vibes, and keep the jokes short enough for X attention spans. Behind the humor, I always ask myself if this post will make someone feel they belong to Web3. If the answer is yes, then I hit publish.

Q5: Being part of the Builder+ initiative, what exclusive opportunities have excited you the most?

Effie: The chance to shape larger campaigns and test bold ideas at scale. Builder+ feels like moving from being a fan in the stadium to actually playing in the Champions League. You still cheer for your team but now you are also on the pitch.

Q6: How has being a Builder helped you grow personally and professionally beyond social metrics?

Effie: It taught me to manage teams, budgets, and even cake logistics for events. More importantly, it gave me confidence to be a voice in an industry that evolves every single day. Followers and views may come and go, but the leadership skills, partnerships, and friendships built here stay with me.

Q7: As a female leader in Web3, what unique strengths do you believe women bring to the crypto space and how can the industry foster more inclusivity?

Effie: Women bring a balance of creativity, empathy, and resilience to Web3. We often see beyond charts and focus on the community impact of technology. To foster inclusivity, the industry should create mentorship programs, highlight diverse voices, and make sure women feel equally represented on stage, in campaigns, and at leadership tables.
