Jinse Finance reported that Kashif Raza, founder of Bitinning, posted on the X platform that the Indian Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a charge sheet against Raj Kundra, stating that he holds 285 bitcoins, valued at approximately 1.5 billion rupees (about 150 Crore). This case is related to the late Amit Bhardwaj's 660.6 billion rupee crypto Ponzi scheme.
