BlockBeats News, October 22, according to disclosures from Bitcoin News, the 15,965 bitcoins related to sanctioned wallets that were transferred today are still controlled by Chen Zhi, the leader of the criminal group Prince Group. This marks the first on-chain transfer in three years.
It is worth noting that these bitcoins are not part of the 127,000 BTC that the United States announced last week were seized from its operations.
