Hyperliquid Strategies has filed an S-1 registration statement, planning to raise up to $1 billion.
Jinse Finance reported that, according to documents from the US SEC, Hyperliquid Strategies has submitted an S-1 prospectus, planning to raise up to 1 billion US dollars. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes, including possible purchases of HYPE tokens.
