U.S. stocks open with the Dow slightly up, Oracle plunges and drags down AI stocks

Oracle (ORCL.N) plunged 14% as both its earnings and guidance missed expectations, dragging down AI stocks. NVIDIA (NVDA.O) fell 2%, Intel (INTC.O) dropped 1.9%, and Micron Technology (MU.O) declined 0.95%.
