Anchorage Digital Bank Acquires Securitize For Advisors Unit From Securitize, Expanding Crypto Wealth Management Platform

COINOTAG News, December 16, citing Coindesk, reports that Anchorage Digital has acquired the Securitize For Advisors unit from Securitize, adding a crypto wealth management platform tailored for registered investment advisors (RIAs). Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal formalizes an existing collaboration and integrates the platform onto Anchorage Digital Bank‘s infrastructure.

This integration strengthens Anchorage’s custody and advisory capabilities for the RIA channel, as the bank already controlled about 99% of client assets attributed to Securitize For Advisors. The unit has been operating on Anchorage’s infrastructure, reinforcing the firm’s focus on institutional-grade crypto banking and wealth-management services for professional investors.
