Analyst: Does not believe there will be "massive money printing" next year, still bullish on Bitcoin in the long term
BlockBeats News, December 23, Macro Analyst Luke Gromen stated in a new YouTube update that he does not believe there will be large-scale money printing next year, i.e., extreme government and central bank currency creation.
「The current economic leverage is very high, and Bitcoin as the ultimate liquidity smoke alarm is equity tightening. Bitcoin is that equity layer, and due to the deflationary pressure brought by artificial intelligence and robotics technology being exponential, any measures that fall short of 'large-scale money printing' are actually contractionary. This will not be enough to offset exponential deflation, which will intensify as equity asset prices fall and Bitcoin prices fall. In addition, Bitcoin's trading pattern is similar to high-beta tech stocks. When you take these factors into account, this is essentially the two main reasons for our negative short-term view on Bitcoin. We do not expect to see 'large-scale money printing' in 2026.」
However, the macro expert also stated that Bitcoin is a long-term prudent choice.
「I still have a long-term bullish view on Bitcoin. I just think deflation will lead to a crisis, and I still believe that ultimately someone will implement 'large-scale money printing' in response to that crisis. But Bitcoin plays the role of the equity layer in this highly leveraged system, which is facing deflationary pressure growing exponentially from artificial intelligence and robotics technology. I don't think many people are looking at it from this perspective yet. And I think in the next few months, people will start to look at it this way.」
