ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan stated that bitcoin may maintain stable returns over the next decade, but it is unlikely to see particularly large annual gains. "I think we will experience a steady upward trend over the next ten years. While the returns won't be astonishing, they will be solid and with lower volatility, though there will be ups and downs along the way."
