The company stated that once the registration becomes effective, it will issue stocks, bonds, warrants, etc. as needed to advance its DAT strategy, which centers on systematically increasing its holdings of Ethena governance token ENA in the secondary market to obtain governance rights, as well as potential revenue distribution related to the USDe ecosystem. This registration has not yet become effective.

In response, many central banks are turning back to gold, and gold has now surpassed the euro to become the world's second-largest reserve asset after the US dollar. At the same time, the proportion of gold in central bank reserves has, for the first time since 1996, exceeded that of US Treasury bonds.
