    Bloomberg ETF analyst: Overnight-traded Bitcoin ETFs may outperform traditional Bitcoin ETFs
    Jinse Finance reported that on December 10, Tidal Trust submitted an application to the US SEC to launch the Bitcoin AfterDark ETF, which allows for overnight trading of bitcoin. Bloomberg ETF senior analyst Eric Balchunas stated that most of bitcoin's historical gains have occurred during after-hours trading in the US stock market. He noted that if this pattern continues, the Bitcoin AfterDark ETF may outperform traditional spot bitcoin ETF products.

    Tidal Trust plans to launch a nighttime trading Bitcoin ETF
    Jinse Finance reported that on December 10, Tidal Trust submitted an application to the US SEC for the first after-hours trading Bitcoin ETF (Bitcoin AfterDark ETF). According to the registration documents, this ETF will purchase Bitcoin at the close of the US market and sell it after trading resumes the next day. During the day, the fund's assets will be invested in US Treasury bonds, money market funds, and similar cash instruments.

    Silk Road-linked wallet transfers $3.14 million worth of bitcoin to an unknown address after a decade of dormancy
    ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, hundreds of cryptocurrency wallets associated with "Silk Road" that had been dormant for more than a decade became active on Tuesday, transferring bitcoin to an unidentified address. Data from Arkham Intelligence shows that approximately 312 wallets linked to the now-defunct darknet marketplace "Silk Road" collectively transferred bitcoin worth $3.14 million to the address "bc1q…ga54". It is currently unclear why these wallets suddenly became active. According to Arkham, as of now, wallets associated with "Silk Road" still hold about $41.3 million worth of bitcoin.
